Well I will let you read though the posts and now after almost a week. I am very confused as to what is going on so I called in to find out what is going on. The guy on the phone says oh I'll take care of it and hangs up.
Now this is just constructive feed back to help better communicate with your customers and let them know what is going on. The control panel as well is very confusing? All I wanted was 4 of the same flags we had received before.
Ok so this was half constructive feed back and the other half was letting me vent. ;) I'm better now but to save the next customer the same hassle, find out what went wrong, because I still don't know ;) and try and fix it.

but I had to wait until our guys have returned from their trip to Australia
and debriefed all aspects of it before sending this email.
Essentially, I just want to put on record that we were very happy with the
banners you printed, assembled and delivered for us for use at the Austroads
Bridge Conference in Sydney at the start on November. I obviously never saw
them myself but I\'m told they were excellent.
Additionally, as the designer and purchaser of these items for our sales
team, I\'d like to say that I particularly liked the method of communicating
with yourselves for this order (by use of your log-in area with its website
forms and follow-up advisory emails) and feel that, from purchasing these
types of displays from various suppliers around the world, you stand out by
far with regard to customer service in this respect.
I chose to place the order with you initially because:
a) you actually gave a price on your website (which is good when many
others based in Sydney didn\'t)
b) your website looked professional and I thought your service might be
too (it was)
c) you quickly confirmed a requested delivery price to Sydney (
d) you had a 4 for 3 offer which made the total cost for each quite
reasonable
I\'m glad we used you. And we would do again if we need similar banners in
the future.
